Real Estate Professional
Sandra arrived in Prince Edward County as a youngster when her Dad’s military career posted them to Camp Picton. Over the years, getting to know and love the people and places of The County from their home on the shore of Picton Bay, created many wonderful memories and life-long friendships making this special place part of her DNA.
Sandra’s career first took her around the world with Pan Am as an airline stewardess working out of New York, a member of the company’s elite workforce pioneering the convenience, excitement, and luxury of international travel by jet. You had to be dynamic, bilingual, university educated, attractive, AND committed to helping others to be selected to represent, what was then, the world’s most prestigious international airline.

Committed to helping others on a deeper level, Sandra went on to graduate as a Registered Nurse (RN) with certifications in Oncology and Hyperbarics, continuing to work in the United States and ultimately, becoming the director of a cancer clinic in Louisiana. In between, her love of the sea, her knowledge and experience as a SCUBA instructor, and her sales training and experience with Procter and Gamble, led to her position as National Sales Manager of a Scandinavian diving equipment manufacturer selling to the recreational, commercial and military diving markets.
In 2004, the opportunity finally came to return home full-time to Picton, continuing her work as an RN while assisting her parents in their later years. As an avid photographer, in her spare time, she began a business of real estate photography. Capturing images of historic homes and spectacular views, opened the door to her new career as one of Prince Edward County’s most trusted real estate agents. As an RN and SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist®), Sandra continues her commitment to helping others, giving her clients the “intensive care” they deserve.
